F&B Lead - Karoo

Salary: R23 000 + accommodation

• We’re looking for a hands-on F&B Lead to oversee the Food & Beverage operation at a unique Karoo hospitality destination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain high service standards and ensure smooth daily operations
• Work closely with the General Manager, providing operational and administrative support
• Collaborate with the Reservations & Events Coordinator to ensure seamless guest journeys and successful events
• Manage F&B administration, stock control, cost management and operational procedures
• Ensure attention to detail, consistency and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the guest experience

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong hospitality and F&B operational experience
• Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills
• A natural leader with a hands-on approach
• Guest-focused, professional and passionate about service excellence
• Able to work collaboratively across departments while taking ownership of the F&B operation
