Head Product and Process Design Engineer

Job Description

• Engineering company is seeking a Head Product and Process Design Engineer who will lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, bridging R&D and manufacturing. They will oversee the transition of components from concept through prototyping to efficient production using CAD, Lean principles, and FMEA, ensuring alignment with automotive OEM standards, cost targets, and strict quality controls. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering along with 8-10 years + experience in product development and process engineering within an automotive component supplier environment. Strong expertise in CAD tools (Solid Works, Draft Site, and AutoCAD) is essential. This is a key position to head up the Engineering Department and candidates who are only able to start in Janaury 2027, will still be considered.
