Group Accountant

SUMMARY:
An opportunity for a technically strong CA(SA) or an ACCA accredited to gain exposure to a complex, multi-entity environment encompassing group reporting, technical accounting, finance transformation initiatives and complex transactions. This role offers broad exposure across finance projects, accounting standard implementation, governance and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for an individual looking to develop beyond traditional reporting responsibilities.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Support group reporting and consolidation activities across multiple entities Research, interpret and implement IFRS and other accounting standards across the business Develop, enhance and maintain finance policies, controls and governance frameworks Contribute to complex and non-routine transactions, including restructures, acquisitions and technical accounting matters Prepare technical accounting assessments and recommendations for key stakeholders Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver finance projects, process improvements and systems-related initiatives Drive consistency in accounting application and reporting practices across the wider group Assist with internal and external audit requirements and regulatory reporting deliverables Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years' Consolidation application Control Policies Internal & External reporting Qualification: CA(SA) or ACCA Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
