POSITION INFO:
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Data Collection & Management Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. Support the maintenance and enhancement of databases and reporting environments. Assist with data preparation and transformation processes. Data Analysis Analyse large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities. Support investigations into financial and operational performance metrics. Translate data into actionable insights that support decision-making. Perform ad hoc analyses to address business challenges. Reporting & Visualisation Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI. Present findings in a clear and engaging manner for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Assist in automating recurring reporting processes. Collaboration Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements. Collaborate with teams across operations, technology, and finance to deliver data-driven solutions. Participate in projects aimed at improving business performance and efficiency. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve processes through data and automation. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities. Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience: Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in: Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Finance Economics Information Systems Or a related quantitative field 0-1 years of working experience (graduates are encouraged to apply). Technical Skills Exposure to SQL , Python , R , or similar analytical tools. Familiarity with Excel and data manipulation techniques. Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI , Tableau , or similar platforms. Understanding of basic statistical and analytical concepts. Advantageous Internship, vacation work, academic projects, or practical exposure involving data analysis. Experience working with financial, operational, or business datasets.
