POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Matric (Grade 12) essential Experience preparing large batches of dishes and operating in a high-volume production kitchen Ability to follow standardized recipes precisely, measure ingredients accurately, and consistently achieve high quality and presentation Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene (HACCP\/SALSA standards) Good teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with production, distribution, and technical teams.
