Front of House & Bar Manager

SUMMARY:
Busy, vibey Restaurant & Bar in Cape Town Central is looking for a Front of House & Bar Manager to join their team on a fixed term contract.

POSITION INFO:
Duties: Ensure high levels of customer service Ensure the smooth and professional running of day to day operations Daily management of shift staff Management of daily cash ups Open or closing of shop Stock Control and ordering of Bar and kitchen requirements Maintain consistency in food and beverage products Assist Training of new staff Assist in disciplinary measures if required Keep meticulous record of monetary movement in the floats\/cash up sheets\/petty cash Maintain all personal records of employees are kept securely Requirements : At least 1 year managing a bar\/restaurant or club environment Flexible working hours & nighttime or weekend work References for previous work in similar role
