SUMMARY:
An established legal practice in Pretoria East is experiencing strong growth and requires an Admitted Attorney with solid post-admission litigation experience. The role is focused on High Court Banking Litigation, particularly foreclosures involving vehicle and asset finance matters.
POSITION INFO:
The Role You'll manage your own portfolio independently, working within strict turnaround times and handling matters in a demanding, deadline-driven environment. Key responsibilities will include: Managing High Court banking litigation matters. Handling foreclosure matters, with a focus on vehicle and asset finance. Managing an allocated portfolio independently. Working accurately within strict deadlines and turnaround times. Communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders. Supporting or managing junior personnel where required. Working overtime when operational requirements demand it. Minimum Requirements Admitted Attorney. Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience. Proven High Court litigation experience. Banking litigation experience, specifically involving foreclosures. Experience relating to vehicle and asset finance matters. Valid driver's licence and own transport. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving ability. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience using GhostPractice and CACS would be advantageous. Previous experience managing junior staff would be advantageous. Why Consider This Role?
