- AVBOB Mutual Assurance Society invites unemployed graduates to participate in an exciting Compliance Internship Programme. The successful candidate will join the Compliance Department and provide support in compliance monitoring, regulatory research, policy administration, risk management, and governance activities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Assist with monitoring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Support the review and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct compliance-related research on legislative and regulatory developments.
- Assist in maintaining compliance registers, records, and documentation.
- Participate in compliance risk assessments and monitoring activities.
- Support the investigation and reporting of compliance incidents and breaches.
- Assist with the preparation of compliance reports for management.
- Monitor completion of mandatory compliance training by employees.
- Provide administrative support to the Compliance team.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions as required.
- Promote compliance awareness and ethical conduct throughout the organisation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- LLB
- BCom Law
- BA Law
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory environments will be advantageous.
- Understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and compliance principles.
