Minimum requirements: LLB degree. Minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience in Foreclosures and Banking Law Litigation. Proven litigation experience involving foreclosure proceedings, debt recovery, and the enforcement of credit agreements. Strong knowledge of banking law and relevant litigation procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage litigation matters independently and meet deadlines.
