What You'll Do: Manage the Food and Beverage department, including budgeting, financial analysis, and management systems Access and implement human resource policies and legislative requirements Source and purchase stock using the latest technology and regulations Develop and implement concepts, policies, procedures, and strategies for the department Ensure quality assurance of supplies, storeroom, and cold storage Manage contractual arrangements and foster effective interdepartmental cooperation Generate increased revenue from existing business and proactively attract new opportunities Requirements: Matric (NQF 4) qualification Minimum of 5 years' management experience in product improvement and service delivery within all F&B areas Proven team management and leadership skills Strong financial analysis capabilities Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and report writing Excellent communication and organizational skills Familiarity with the following: Management of hospitality or gambling sector operations What We'll Give You: A competitive salary range of R40,000 to R50,000 per month (Cost to Company) An environment focused on growth, innovation, and leadership excellence Take the next step in your career and join a company committed to excellence in the food and beverage industry.
