Job Description

SUMMARY:
A luxury hospitality group is seeking experienced Restaurant Floor Manager for various restaurants within their portfolio.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: SA Citizens Matric \/ Grade 12 qualification At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial position within a upmarket restaurant Computer literate and familiar working POS systems Friendly, outgoing personality Strong experience in Food and Beverage service Can work in a highly pressurised environment Very well presented and well groomed Excellent communication skills in English Be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Have reliable transport Currently based in Cape Town and available to attend interviews in person only
