SUMMARY:
A well-established, luxury hospitality group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to manage the day to day kitchen operations and oversee the smooth running of a high-volume kitchen.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Strong knowledge and practical experience running a high volume kitchen Must have at least 3 years of experience in an Executive Chef role, in a busy upmarket restaurant Sound costing, purchasing & hygiene practices required Must be able to train & development other staff members Strong people management skills and must be confident in a leadership role Strong communication skills Professional cookery qualification Must be based in Cape Town or willing to travel to Cape Town at own expense to attend interviews in person Must have own reliable transport along with a valid driver's license Willing to work shifts
