POSITION INFO:
This is an opportunity for a commercially astute CA(SA) who wants to influence more than the financial results. Working closely with the MD and EXCO, you'll help shape the next phase of growth, drive strategic projects and ensure financial decisions translate into operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full financial management function Partner with the MD and EXCO on strategy, growth and key business decisions Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning and analysis Oversee financial reporting, compliance and governance Provide commercial insights to support profitability and performance Strengthen stock control and working capital management Support strategic projects with financial modelling and analysis Drive financial controls, risk management and process improvement Leverage automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting Job Experience and Skills: CA(SA) essential 7+ years' post-articles experience Proven senior leadership experience Industrial industry experience preferred; candidates from operational, product-based environments will also be considered Strong strategic and commercial business partnering capabilities Expertise in full financial management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting Strong FP&A and financial modelling skills Experience with stock control, compliance and financial controls Advanced MS Excel, including dashboards and financial modelling AI tools and automation experience advantageous.
