Are you a commercially minded Financial Controller with strong experience in debtors, cash flow, financial administration and process improvement? 📊

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join a growing FMCG / Distribution business in Gqeberha! In this hands-on role, you will take ownership of the financial administration function, drive debtor management and cash flow discipline, automate financial processes, and work closely with Sales, Operations and Marketing to support business growth. 🚀💼

The Highlights:
Salary: Up to R720 000 per annum CTC + performance incentive on KPI achievement.
Scope: Debtors, cash flow, financial administration, process automation and commercial finance support.
Location: Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Eastern Cape.Employment: Permanent, full-time.
Relocation: Considered - candidate must be in role within 30 days of appointment.

What You Need:
🎓 Relevant Accounting / Finance qualification.
⏱️ Proven experience in financial control, debtors, accounts receivable and cash flow management.
💰 Strong understanding of debtor ageing, DSO and debt collection procedures.
⚙️ Experience improving and automating financial systems and processes.
🤝 Commercially minded with the confidence to work closely with Sales and management on overdue accounts and financial performance.
💻 Strong Excel and ERP/accounting systems experience.
