The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, supporting business growth, and leading a high-performing finance team. Duties: Lead all regional financial reporting and month-end processes Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and statutory requirements Drive financial controls and continuous process improvement initiatives Partner with operational management to support strategic decision-making Analyse and interpret financial performance across the region Lead, mentor and develop the finance team Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiencies Education and experience: BCom Accounting Degree Minimum 5 years' relevant financial management/accounting experience People management experience is essential Experience in the manufacturing or automotive sector is essential If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
