POSITION INFO:
Requirements: National Senior Certificate (Matric). Technical certificate in electrical, mechanical, or building services (preferred but not essential). 1 to 2 years in property maintenance. Must be experience in HVAC, Fire Systems, Lifts, Generators, and Transformers. Proven willingness and capability to undergo rapid technical training. Valid driver's license. Basic understanding of mechanical\/electrical components. Strong verbal and written communication. Ability to follow strict safety protocols. Basic digital literacy for logging reports. Compulsory participation in an after-hours emergency call-out roster.
