A leading and highly respected safari hospitality group in Tanzania is seeking an Executive Director of Operations to provide executive leadership across a portfolio of luxury safari lodges, camps, tourism operations, and future hospitality ventures. Experience Minimum 10 years' executive leadership experience within safari hospitality, tourism, luxury hospitality, or a related sector. Minimum 5 years' experience leading multi-property or multi-business operations at executive level. Proven track record in operational excellence, business transformation, and strategic leadership. Demonstrated success driving business growth, expansion projects, and large-scale operational initiatives. Experience managing geographically dispersed operations and senior leadership teams. Strong understanding of safari operations, hospitality management, guest experience, and the East African tourism market. Exceptional financial, commercial, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Previous experience engaging with CEOs, Boards, investors, and executive leadership teams. Why Join Us?
