Engineer (Civil or Mechanical)

Our client, based in Zambia, is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil or Mechanical Engineer to join their team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a driven professional with experience in precast concrete products and a passion for delivering innovative engineering solutions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, production support, and implementation of precast engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations. Applicants must be willing to relocate to Zambia.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Experience working with precast products will be advantageous Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills Willingness to relocate to Zambia Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions related to precast products Provide technical oversight and support to production and installation activities Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations Conduct technical investigations, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving on engineering projects Collaborate with internal departments, contractors, and key stakeholders to achieve project objectives Monitor project performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality Prepare technical reports, specifications, and project documentation as required
