Job Description

SUMMARY:

Join a data-driven consulting business building next-generation AI solutions that transform how organisations leverage data. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and data-driven automation solutions using Claude and modern GenAI technologies.

Working closely with data and business stakeholders, you will develop AI-enabled tools that automate processes, enhance decision-making, and unlock value from complex datasets.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows using Claude and modern LLM technologies. Develop AI-powered data solutions leveraging Python, SQL, and Power BI. Create data pipelines and integrations to support AI applications. Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable AI and analytics products. Develop dashboards and data visualisations to support business decision-making. Integrate AI solutions with internal and external business systems. Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies and best practices. Required Skills Strong Python development experience. Advanced SQL skills. Power BI development and data visualisation expertise. Experience working with Generative AI or Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience building AI assistants, AI agents, chatbots, or AI-enabled applications. Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and agentic workflows. Experience integrating AI solutions into business processes. Nice to Have Claude (Anthropic) LangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex OpenAI / GPT MCP (Model Context Protocol) Azure AI Services Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma)
