Job Description

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Driver and Handyman, who will be responsible for providing reliable transportation services while also performing maintenance and repair tasks around the property.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, or personnel safely and punctually.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on a variety of buildings and facilities.
- Conduct inspections of properties to identify repair needs and recommend solutions.
- Manage and coordinate small projects related to repairs and renovations, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance performed, and supplies purchased.
- Implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations during transportation and repair work.

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license
- Demonstrable experience in driving, with a solid understanding of vehicle maintenance.
- Proven track record in handyman services, including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Grade 12
