Abu Dhabi, UAE ✈️ International Relocation Opportunity ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Fempower Personnel is recruiting an experienced Director of Nursing – IVF for a senior nursing leadership opportunity within an established healthcare environment in the UAE. This is a highly specialised opportunity for an accomplished nursing leader with significant IVF clinical and nursing management experience , capable of providing strategic and operational leadership across nursing and allied health services. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving clinical quality, operational effectiveness, patient safety, regulatory compliance, workforce planning and the continued development of high-performing nursing teams. The formal role profile includes responsibility for nursing and allied health services across three regions. The role will be primarily based in Abu Dhabi , with flexibility to travel between locations as required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 🔹 Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. 🔹 Minimum 5 years' clinical experience in IVF. 🔹 At least 5 years' nursing management experience at Unit Manager or Deputy Nursing Director level within an IVF Centre . 🔹 Licensed, or eligible for licensing, as a Registered Nurse with the relevant UAE Healthcare Authority . 🔹 Strong functional knowledge of IVF nursing and allied health services . 🔹 Demonstrated nursing leadership capability within a specialised clinical environment. 🔹 Strong understanding of clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance and workforce management. 🔹 Fluency in written and spoken English. Advantageous 🔹 Master's degree and/or specialised postgraduate qualification in Nursing, Healthcare Management, IVF or a related field . KEY LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES Nursing Leadership & People Management 🔹 Provide strong leadership to nursing teams and foster a culture centred on quality care. 🔹 Create an environment that supports employee development, learning and professional growth. 🔹 Drive performance management, talent development, succession planning and workforce capability. 🔹 Support the recruitment and selection of appropriately skilled nursing employees and monitor vacancy fulfilment. Clinical Quality & Patient Safety 🔹 Drive and facilitate quality-care initiatives within a multidisciplinary clinical environment. 🔹 Establish and monitor clinical and regulatory performance indicators and associated improvement plans. ] 🔹 Promote compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements. 🔹 Support patient safety, clinical-risk management and infection-prevention processes. Operational & Workforce Leadership 🔹 Develop and implement nursing strategies aligned to clinical and operational objectives. 🔹 Drive effective workforce planning to maintain appropriate staffing levels while supporting quality and operational efficiency. 🔹 Monitor clinical outcomes and performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 🔹 Build effective collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to support integrated patient care.
