POSITION INFO:
We are looking for 4 motivated and customer focused Desktop EUC Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, desktop support experience, and a passion for delivering excellent end-user support. Key Responsibilities Provide desktop and end-user computing (EUC) support to users. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Manage and support desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related technologies. Respond to and resolve helpdesk incidents and service requests. Escalate complex issues where necessary and follow through to resolution. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive user relationships. Assist with system installations, configurations, and upgrades. Minimum Requirements Minimum 2 years'' experience in a Desktop Support or EUC Support role. Proven Helpdesk experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting Windows desktop environments and end-user devices. Knowledge of desktop support processes and best practices. Good understanding of hardware, software, and peripheral support. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation.
