POSITION INFO:
Job Description: As a Delivery Lead, you will sit at the heart of the software delivery lifecycle, partnering with Product Managers, Technical Leads, Software Engineers, QA teams, Designers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across multiple squads. Key responsibilities include: Leading delivery planning, coordination, and execution across multiple agile teams Driving alignment between product, engineering, QA, design, and business stakeholders Managing delivery risks, blockers, dependencies, and competing priorities Facilitating delivery ceremonies, planning sessions, retrospectives, reviews, and roadmap discussions Ensuring work is sufficiently prepared, understood, and ready before entering development Maintaining transparency through delivery reporting, forecasting, and governance Using delivery metrics and analytics to improve team performance and outcomes Supporting release planning and delivery readiness activities Driving continuous improvement initiatives across people, processes, and delivery practices Championing automation, AI-assisted workflows, and modern delivery tooling to improve efficiency and productivity Coaching teams on agile principles and creating an environment where high-performing squads can thrive The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence how multiple teams operate, collaborate, and deliver value at scale while contributing to the ongoing maturity of a growing technology organisation. Skills & Experience: Proven experience leading delivery within agile software development environments Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams, workstreams, or squads Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern product delivery practices Experience facilitating planning, refinement sessions, retrospectives, reviews, and governance forums Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities effectively Data-driven mindset with experience using delivery metrics and analytics Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives Ability to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities Experience with Jira, Plandek, or similar delivery management and analytics tools Exposure to automation, AI-assisted workflows, or agentic tooling within delivery environments would be highly beneficial Qualification: Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field advantageous Demonstrated experience working within software engineering and product delivery environments is essential Exposure to product-led organisations, discovery practices, roadmap planning, and software development lifecycles would be advantageous Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile or to view all our Jobs in Information Technology.
