Debtors Clerk (Gauteng - JHB West Rand)
Responsibilities
- Manage the full debtor's function
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve account queries
- Allocate payments and maintain accurate debtor records
- Prepare debtors reports and account reconciliations
- Ensure all debtor accounts are updated and accurately maintained
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding outstanding payments
- Assist with month-end reporting and financial administration
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Professional and trustworthy with a high level of integrity
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant Financial Certificate Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 4 - 5 year's experience as a Debtors Clerk
Strong experience in:
- Debtors administration
- Collections
- Account reconciliations
- Account management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
- Reside in Roodepoort or surrounding areas
