Compliance Coordinator \/ Compliance Manager Take ownership of UK social care compliance operations, candidate clearance processes, and vendor platform compliance. Cape Town | Remote \/ Hybrid | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK time, Monday-Friday | R22,000-R25,000 per month ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is a growing social care recruitment agency operating extensively within the UK market. The business delivers fully compliant social care staffing solutions across various vendor systems and healthcare partners. The agency operates within the UK social care staffing market, with compliance requirements covering candidate clearance, vendor platforms and placement standards. THE ROLE: COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR \/ COMPLIANCE MANAGER The Compliance Coordinator \/ Compliance Manager will oversee compliance operations for the UK social care market, managing strict candidate clearance processes and vendor platform compliance. Initially operating as an individual contributor, with room for rapid scope expansion as the team grows, the role will ensure every worker placed meets industry, agency and vendor standards. The position also includes identifying and headhunting talent from competitor organisations and independently sourcing candidate profiles when required, with additional commission potential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee and manage the complete compliance lifecycle for UK social care personnel. • Maintain, update and manage candidate compliance records across UK vendor systems, specifically Matrix and Adecco\/Adco. • Ensure strict adherence to UK social care standards, regulations and agency guidelines. • Identify and headhunt top-tier talent from key competitor organisations within the UK staffing market. • Take initiative to source candidate profiles independently when required, unlocking additional commission potential. • Collaborate closely with line management to maintain high operational efficiency during UK business hours. ABOUT YOU • 2-3+ years of experience working within the UK compliance market, including a minimum of 2-3 years of UK social care compliance experience. • Specialised background in UK social care compliance operations. • Direct, hands-on experience with UK vendor compliance systems, specifically Matrix and Adecco\/Adco. • Proven tracking and auditing skills with strong attention to regulatory detail. • Ability to work full-time hours strictly aligned with the UK time zone: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK time, Monday-Friday.
