Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an opportunity available for a Head of Ecosytem Marketing for their Head Office.The Clinic/pharmacy marketing role at Dis-Chem manages the planning and execution of marketing campaigns on behalf of the Clinic and Pharmacy functions. The role links Clinic/Pharmacy stakeholders with the Integrated Marketing Campaigns team to ensure campaigns are prioritised, correctly briefed, compliant, and delivered on time across relevant channels.
Minimum Requirements…
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in campaign management, integrated marketing, or marketing coordination roles within healthcare, pharmacy, retail, or other regulated environments
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated marketing environments required
Responsibilities
Strategy & planning
- Translate Clinic/Pharmacy priorities into an aligned campaign plan, briefs, and timelines
- Support definition of objectives, audiences, channel requirements, and success measures
- Manages prioritisation and dependencies to support operational readiness
Cross-channel campaign development & execution
- Manages end-to-end campaign execution across relevant channels and touchpoints
- Ensure accurate capture and delivery of messaging, offers, and creative requirements
- Track milestones, resolve blockers, and support on-time launches
Leadership & collaboration
- Act as the day-to-day interface between Clinic/Pharmacy, Marketing teams, and agencies
- Align inputs across compliance, legal, and operations stakeholders to enable execution
- Provide progress updates and escalate risks as needed
Governance & risk
- Ensure campaigns follow brand standards, healthcare/pharmacy regulations, and approvals
- Maintain campaign documentation and audit trails for claims and customer communications
- Identify and escalate compliance, messaging, or execution risks
