Key Responsibility Areas:
- Manage staff and productivity.
- Administer and co-ordinate administrative, clerical and financial controls/reports at all workshops.
- Responsible for attendance registers, time sheets, job cards and recoveries.
- Accept appointment in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (85 of 1993).
- Scrutinise all Councils reports, minutes and circulars from the City Manager and implement required departmental action.
- Review separate workshop yellow job cards prior to authorising the printing of pro-forma invoices.
- Monitor and reconcile charges to other departments and processing of adjustments.
- Monitor vehicle utilisation for the division.
- Responsible for works outside/stores and petty cash requisitions.
- Responsible for courier and office distribution services.

Essential Requirements:
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license
- 3 years relevant experience
- Computer Literacy.
Preferred Requirements:
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and a certificate in Administrative field.
- 4 Years relevant experience.
