Change Management Specialist

SUMMARY:
We are sourcing for a Change Management Specialist role.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Relevant Experience Minimum eight years' experience in organisational change, learning, stakeholder engagement or business readiness, including at least five years supporting ICT, digital transformation or enterprise-system projects. Demonstrated experience in change-impact assessment, communications, training design and delivery, adoption measurement, resistance management and project governance. Qualifications and Experience NQF Level 7 degree in Education. A postgraduate qualification in project management, Business Administration or a related field will be advantageous.
