Job Description

The Cleaning Building Coordinator is responsible for overseeing cleaning operations within the clients' buildings, ensuring that all spaces meet health and safety standards. This position is focused on coordinating cleaning teams, managing schedules, and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily cleaning activities, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring coverage for all shifts and events.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment use.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met and address any non-compliance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with property management and other departments to accommodate specific cleaning requests and ensure overall tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks, staff performance, and equipment maintenance.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to cleaning services in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning operations or facilities management, with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities and experience in managing a team in a cleaning or facilities environment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices.
- Demonstrable ability to develop schedules and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in cleaning management or related field would be an advantage.
- Experience with eco-friendly cleaning products and practices.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
