Join Our Team as an Account Executive Location: Fourways, Gauteng Seniority Level: Mid Career (Above 6 years experience) Reporting to: Regional Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to manage, retain, and service a portfolio of commercial clients in the insurance sector. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, handling policy amendments, renewals, and queries, and identifying coverage gaps. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manage, retain, and service a portfolio of commercial clients (including related personal lines). Build strong client relationships and conduct regular reviews. Handle policy amendments, endorsements, renewals, and queries. Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions. Generate and convert new business opportunities. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with FAIS, TCF, and regulatory timelines. Collaborate with insurers, underwriters, claims teams, and internal stakeholders. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' commercial insurance experience. Minimum 3 years in an Account Executive or similar client-facing broking role. Proven track record in new business, retention, and portfolio growth. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Commercial judgement and sound decision-making. High accuracy and attention to detail.
