Branch Manager - George

SUMMARY:
Our client in George is looking to appoint a Branch Manager for a fast paced, diverse, and complex organisation with offices in George and Mossel bay.

This is a demanding, hands-on leadership role — not a desk job.
We’re looking for a capable, experienced manager to take full responsibility for the George branch. This role requires someone who can lead people, manage pressure, and ensure the organisation runs properly — every day.
You will oversee all operations, including staff, all the departments within the organisation, public relations and marketing; and general management of the branch.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Proven senior management experience (minimum 5 years) Strong leadership and people management skills Solid financial understanding (budgets, accountability, sustainability) Experience in operations, compliance, and organisational management Ability to make decisions under pressure and take accountability Strong communication and organisational skills High levels of integrity. Advantageous: Relevant qualifications in management, business, nonprofit or similar Experience in animal welfare Experience in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, or community outreach Understanding of legislation and governance You must be willing to undergo training.
