Masterparts is a large automotive aftermarket wholesaler and retailer. The company has two branches in Namibia, fourteen branches, and two Distribution Centres in South Africa. We have over one thousand diverse employees across all sites.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper with proven knowledge and ability to join our Finance Department. The role is responsible for the General Ledger, Month-end closing procedures, Creditors, Debtors, bank reconciliations, preparing for annual audits, and assisting auditors.

POSITION INFO:
National Diploma in Accounting, Financial Accounting, or Bookkeeping (or an equivalent NQF6 qualification) At least five years' experience in a Senior Bookkeeping role up to the trial balance in a large company. Active membership with SAIPA, ICB, or IAC would be advantageous. Valid Code B license. Work experience in the following systems is advantageous. Sage 200 or equivalent. MS Excel at an intermediate or advanced level. MS Office Suite SARS e-filing You must be able to communicate at all levels in verbal and written professional business English. You must be able to read and comprehend professional business English. Effective communication in Afrikaans would be advantageous.
