POSITION INFO:
An established hospitality resort is seeking an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily service operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. Minimum requirements: At least five years' relevant experience in a four- or five-star hotel, lodge or resort. Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Management. Previous supervisory or management experience. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, stock control and cost management. Excellent leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills. Professional presentation and a guest-focused approach. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Key Responsibilities Assist with managing restaurant, bar and banqueting operations. Supervise, train and support Food & Beverage staff. Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction. Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues. Monitor stock, costs and departmental expenditure. Assist with staff scheduling and performance management. Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments. Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety standards.
