Requirements :

• Matric plus an NQF level 7 South African Qualification Authority qualification in public administration/business administration/or any professional qualification in one or more areas of relevant professional knowledge about this position. Any higher qualification will be an added advantage. 
• Experience in advocacy, stakeholder management, drafting agreements, infrastructure  procurement. Knowledge and experience of project management, policy development and strategic planning processes.
• At least 3 years of management experience. Valid driver's licence.

Duties :

• • Detailed management of the PPP procurement and concession contract compliance procedure 
• Infrastructure development for the DGR and the Dinokeng project in general including: Tourism hub infrastructure; Roads and bulk infrastructure projects; Telecommunications; Route Planning; Road signage
• Stakeholder engagements, especially cross-provincial 
• Management of sub-programme work including: Stakeholder management; Ensure planning, scheduling, evaluating, etc; Ensure work is carried out according to quality standards; and Overseeing strategic projects.
• Lead planning processes, management of human resources, financial resources, administrative systems and coordination with other sub-programmes and departments.
