  Area Sales Manager Designate A vacancy exists in Port Elizabeth with the following requirements:   Key responsibilities: ·        Manage Team of Subordinates and Self to achieve the below objectives ·        Achieve Sales volume targets ·        Ensure customer satisfaction in relation to price, service and quality ·        Keep stock levels down to a minimum ·        Ensure that On Time in Full Delivery targets are met ·        Implement price increases as required   Job Requirements: ·        Manage Team of Subordinates and self to achieve the below objectives ·        Servicing of existing and new customers ·        Identifying new markets and generating new business ·        Meeting all sales targets ·        Producing Sales Reports ·        Maintain regular cycle with regards to calling on customer base ·        Achieve budgeted tons and RPT ·        Co-ordinate between Internal Sales and Customer – to ensure quotes are set timeously ·        Ensure that quotes adhere to the customer’s requirements, i.e. board class, artwork, compression strength, etc, and are production friendly to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability ·        Entertain customers when required to do so. ·        Business review analysis ·        Travel outside of working hours and metropole as required ·        Be available to customers before and after working hours ·        Manage of subordinates according to their job description, including mentoring, coaching, all aspects of performance management and staff welfare duties.   Qualifications: ·        Grade 12 ·        Tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing / or relevant BCom Degree ·        Computer Literacy ·        5 years Sales experience in a FMCG environment
