Administrator Assistant

SUMMARY:
Our client in Stellenbosch is looking for an Administrator Assistant to support the commercial administration team with the key functions of pallet information into the ERP (Produce Linc) system

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 with mathematics Highly computer literacy is of utmost importance Advanced Excel and Produce Linc Be precise, timeous organizer and excellent administrator Attentive, detail-oriented, and function effectively under pressure Duties and Responsibilities: Process all pallet files within Produce Linc Capture all finalized trades from Trade APP into pallet files Pallet files - prepare all manual and automatic files and get to the pallet creation stage Verify invoice prices on pallet files (supplier and customer) Container Populated to Trades Follow up with traders for outstanding information relating to pallet files Work alongside Commercial Admin team to assist with duties as needed Any other duties as required within the scope of the position Circulate daily Produce Linc Report PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
