SYSPRO company is seeking a support consultant to assist with support reporting for SYSPRO and Key Customers/Partners. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties, and responsibilities below for further information.
- Senior Certificate or NQF4 equivalent.
- A tertiary qualification and/or Industry Certification will be advantageous.
- 2 to 3 years’ SYSPRO ERP and technical experience including SYSPRO data structures and folders, MS Sequel administration, networking in an SYSPRO environment, and installations of SYSPRO
- Relevant experience in a call desk environment.
- Maintain support tickets.
- Monthly Partner meetings and weekly report updates.
- Attend daily call desk meetings.
- Escalation and follow-up of the process of tickets.
- Ensure the accuracy of tickets logged in the SOS ticket system.
- Ensure that tickets are logged with the correct critical information with SOS and provide assistance with the maintenance of Professional Crystal Reports used for ticket reports (as required).
