Nandos is looking for an Administrator to provide high level administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager and Regional Support Team as well as act as the first point of contact, representative and information source for the Nando’s Regional Support Team. Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact, representative and information source for the Nando’s KZN Regional Support Team
- Manage and maintain the General Managers schedule which includes daily time and diary management, and the coordination of logistics as required
- Screen all incoming calls of the General Manager and regional office
- Schedule and arrange appointments, teleconferences, and video-conferences as required
- Coordinate the arrangement of conferences, workshops, and seminars
- Coordinate and arrange management meetings for the Regional Support Team and ensure that agendas are prepared, all documentation is in order, and that everything runs smoothly
- Read and scrutinize incoming memos, reports, submissions, and other correspondence to determine their significance, and distribute
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Deal with all routine correspondence and draft responses
- Organize and prioritize information and requests received
- Maintain an appropriate and effective filing system, and file and retrieve corporate documents, reports, and records
