Mustek Limited has a vacancy for a vibrant administrator to be part of their team & provide administrative support to the product manager in terms of account management, orders, sales requests, POS stock, client liaison, etc. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties, and responsibilities below for further information.


  • Matric
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing/sales would be advantageous
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in a sales support role preferred


  • Keep track of open orders for key accounts
  • Assist sales with everyday requests or queries
  • Maintain a filing system of client orders
  • Provide and keep reports up to date
  • Provide general POS operational support and assistance
  • Placement of supplier orders, following up on shipment information and ETA management
  • Manage DOA process
  • Back order report management
  • Monthly costings per new stock received
  • Attend meetings and draft minutes
  • Coordinate sales training and sales events within agreed timelines
  • Ensure 100% implementation on Marketing Briefs as per project timelines
  • Keep clients up to date on ETA’s
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and contractors
  • Keep sales updated on outstanding and required stock
  • Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers
  • Keep track of stock and place the correct orders as and when necessary
