  • Experience in a customized research agency, in client service, is key
  • Bachelor’s Degree at a recognized institution essential
  • Advanced level of experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint advantageous
  • 3 – 5 years of working experience


  • Undertake an in-depth analysis of the results to evaluate the demand for products and services.
  • Establish diagnostics on the performance of L’Oréal within its parameters (brand, portfolio, category, etc.)
  • Generate consumer insights, share them with the marketing teams and work with them to make the projects (products, services, communication) engaging for consumers
  • Propose and formalize the scope of the market research projects (objectives, timeframes, human and material resources, costs),
  • Guide CMI agencies on outsourced research projects and ensure the correct use and application of the Group’s methodologies,
  • Work with CMI agencies to produce high-quality deliverables in line with project objectives.
  • Track project performance ensuring adherence to agreed deadlines.
  • Work with internal clients (marketing teams, category management, digital, etc.) to develop their expertise and knowledge of the consumer and the generation of insights and market research.
  • Take the role of adviser



Salary Range

R 30 000 – R 40 000
