Our organisation is proud to participate in the YES4Youth Initiative, a national programme designed to provide young South Africans with valuable work experience and a pathway to long-term employment.

We are recruiting motivated and committed youth to join our 12-month placement programme, commencing on 1 November 2026.

Department / Branch

• Assist with daily production and operational activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Support loading, packaging, and handling of feed products.
• Assist with stock control and production records.
• Participate in training and skills development programmes.
• Report hazards, defects, or incidents to supervisors.
• Work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Assist with basic maintenance and general tasks as required.
• Perform duties assigned by supervisors to support plant operations.

• Matric / Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification
• South African citizen
• 18-28 years old
• Currently unemployed
• Must have not have previously participated in a YES4Youth programme
• Willing to commit to a full 12-month work experience placement
