POSITION INFO:
I am looking for a yard supervisor that has at least 5 years experience in Staff Management : Lead daily toolbox talks, assign tasks, track attendance, and enforce performance or discipline standards. Operations and Logistics : Oversee the safe loading and offloading of goods, manage stock rotation, and control inventory movement. Safety and Compliance : Enforce health and safety protocols, ensure correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain tidy, hazard-free work areas (housekeeping). Administration and Reporting : Complete job cards, daily logs, stock verification sheets, and incident reports. Fleet and Asset Care : Monitor yard equipment and vehicle movements, report maintenance issues, and secure site assets
