R15,000–R20,000 p/m, depending on experience
A manufacturing business seeks a hands-on Yard Foreman/Supervisor to oversee daily yard operations, supervise staff and ensure accurate stock control, product quality and efficient order loading.

POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities Coordinate daily yard activities and allocate staff duties. Ensure products are handled, stacked and stored correctly. Monitor product quality, stock levels and discrepancies. Oversee accurate order preparation and safe loading. Maintain housekeeping and enforce workplace safety procedures. Report operational issues, equipment faults and staffing concerns. Requirements Previous yard, warehouse or dispatch experience. Proven staff supervision and team leadership skills. Knowledge of stock control, product handling and loading procedures. Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Manufacturing or building materials experience advantageous. Reliable, safety-conscious and comfortable working in a hands-on, on-site role. Matric Licence
