Workshop Foreman

Senwes Equipment is looking for a Workshop Foreman to oversee workshop operations and support the effective management of technical and administrative activities.

The successful candidate will supervise technicians, ensure quality workmanship, provide technical support, and assist with workshop productivity, customer service, and staff development.

Requirements

• National Senior Certificate
• Qualified Tractor Technician
• At least 2 years relevant agri-mechanical experience
• Strong technical knowledge of agricultural equipment and machinery
• Experience with John Deere systems and JCB equipment beneficial
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
• Strong time management and conflict management abilities
• Ability to mentor and supervise workshop staff
