Job Purpose

We are looking for a commercially minded and technically capable Project Manager to manage and coordinate projects relating to the company’s website and integrated digital systems.
The website operates similarly to an e commerce platform such as Shopify and is integrated with the company’s CMS and ERP systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, systems work together effectively, and projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
This role will work closely with internal business stakeholders, developers, IT teams and other system users to identify requirements, manage priorities and drive continuous improvements across the website and supporting systems.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirement Relevant qualification in Project Management, Information Systems, IT, Business Management or a related field. Experience managing projects within a website, digital, e commerce, CMS, ERP or software environment. Good working knowledge of SQL. Strong Excel skills. Good understanding of business processes and how systems support business operations. Experience working with developers or technical teams. Strong project coordination and organisational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into practical business requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage website, CMS and ERP related projects from initiation through to completion. Gather and understand business requirements and translate these into clear project requirements. Coordinate with developers, IT teams, business users and external service providers. Manage project timelines, priorities, deliverables and dependencies. Monitor project progress and ensure issues are identified and resolved timeously. Understand how the website integrates with the CMS and ERP environment. Work with SQL to interrogate data, investigate issues and understand system information. Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, tracking and project management. Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for system and process improvements. Assist with testing, system changes, enhancements and new functionality. Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure business requirements are met. Identify potential risks and communicate project issues to relevant stakeholders. Prepare project updates, reports and presentations for management. Ensure projects deliver practical business value and improve the overall user and customer experience.
