Warehouse Controller

Overview:
A well-established manufacturing firm is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Controller to join their team in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will manage daily inventory operations, verify delivery records, and ensure health and safety compliance. This role is ideal for an experienced logistics professional looking to drive warehouse efficiency through hands-on inventory control and strong team collaboration.


Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
• Experience: At least 3–5 years of warehouse or stock control experience.
• Industry:Manufacturing or FMCG background is highly advantageous.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, and strong organizational skills.
• Certifications: Forklift experience or a valid forklift license is a plus

• Stock Management: Oversee receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and regular stock counts.
• Documentation: Verify incoming/outgoing goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• System Updates: Maintain accurate stock records and update the inventory management system.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with production, sales, and transport teams to meet deadlines.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety procedures while maintaining an organized warehouse.
