CAREER OPPORTUNITY | WAREHOUSE & DISTRIBUTION MANAGER (EE) Location: Kempton Park, Johannesburg Package: R1,100,000 CTC per annum Are you an experienced Warehouse, Distribution & Site Manager with a strong background in multinational manufacturing? This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, results-driven leader to take ownership of warehouse operations, distribution, logistics and overall site performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch and exports. Drive inventory accuracy, stock control and FIFO compliance. Manage fleet operations, third-party logistics providers and transport costs. Achieve a targeted 99% On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance. Lead operational improvement projects, process optimisation and cost control. Manage operational and CAPEX budgets, ensuring efficiency and financial accountability. Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO standards, transport regulations and site safety requirements. Lead, coach and develop a large, diverse team while driving performance and accountability. Minimum Requirements: Matric and an Honours Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics. At least 10 years' warehouse and distribution management experience within a multinational manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in logistics, inventory control, fleet management and 3PL coordination. Strong experience in people management, performance development and Industrial Relations (IR). Proficiency in SAP, Syspro, ClickView, Eco Time, VIP and Advanced Excel.
