We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Ward Hostess to join our Catering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of meals to patients while maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and customer service.

• Serve meals and beverages to patients according to prescribed diets.

• Assist patients with meal selections where required.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in ward kitchens and serving areas.

• Collect and record patient meal orders accurately.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

• Report any patient dietary concerns or meal service issues to management.

• Support the Catering Department in providing excellent patient care and service.

• Minimum requirement Matric

• Be able to work quickly and safely

Must enjoy practical and methodical work

Be honest and reliable

Have good hand-eye coordination

Be able to work quickly and safely

Have good personal hygiene

Be free from skin allergies to foods and detergents

Have good communication skills
