📍 Location: Cape Town | National travel required 💼 Employment Type: Permanent An established retail business is looking for a creative and commercially minded Visual Merchandising Manager to lead in-store presentation and visual merchandising across its retail network. This is an exciting opportunity for a design-focused professional who understands how compelling retail displays enhance customer experience, strengthen brand identity and drive sales. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies across multiple stores. Lead creative concepts, store displays, layouts and seasonal campaigns. Ensure consistent visual standards and brand presentation. Manage store audits, revamps, campaign rollouts and display production. Collaborate with marketing, buying, graphics and retail operations teams. Manage budgets, suppliers, timelines and visual merchandising resources. Train and guide store teams on visual merchandising standards. Research emerging design trends and translate them into engaging retail experiences. What We're Looking For Matric and/or a relevant qualification in design, visual communication, interior design, spatial design or retail management. Approximately 5 years' experience in visual merchandising within retail. Strong creative, spatial planning and project management skills. Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer behaviour. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
