Vineyards Foreman

• Wine Estate based in the Somerset West area is looking for a is looking for an experienced, hands-on Vineyards Foreman to supervise vineyard teams and support effective daily farming operations.

• Allocate daily tasks and supervise vineyard workers.
• Oversee pruning, canopy management and other seasonal activities.
• Coordinate harvesting teams and monitor work quality.
• Assist with irrigation monitoring and vineyard upkeep.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used safely.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and task completion.
• Keep operational records and report progress or concerns.
• Support the farm manager with seasonal planning and team training.

• Previous vineyard experience, including team supervision.
• Practical knowledge of vineyard maintenance and seasonal operations.
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to plan work and monitor standards.
• A reliable, accountable and safety-conscious approach.
• Willingness to work outdoors and accommodate harvest demands.
• Ability to identify operational issues and report them promptly.
